Professional Focus
I have experience working with individuals, families, teens, and children, with a focus on supporting individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, ADHD, and those navigating life transitions. I also support clients experiencing burnout and overwhelm—helping them slow down, reconnect with themselves, and develop sustainable ways to move forward.
In addition, I specialize in supporting families through the perinatal period, including pregnancy, postpartum, fertility challenges, and parenting. My approach is collaborative, practical, and compassionate—tailored to each client’s unique strengths, challenges, and goals.

I live in Snoqualmie with my husband and our two energetic young boys. I’m happiest outdoors and love hiking, camping, mountain biking, rock climbing, and exploring new adventures with my family. I also enjoy baking, reading, building Legos, and spending time with my family
